Villages of Irvine Website

On a tip from Irvine123, checked out the new look Irvine Company site. The "Villages of Irvine" is a much improved site with a lot of information on the city and villages --- and a cool video. Parts of it somewhat remind me of the "community profiles" I seem to remember seeing somewhere before....wonder where they got that idea?

http://www.villagesofirvine.com/

This seems to be an interesting new strategy and response to the new dynamics of the market. The "becoming an owner" section really seems to be trying to sell the idea of ownership....they didn't need to do that the past few years....

reason,

I am sure Irvine company is not on such a tight budget to have a slow website. Maybe it is time for you to get a new iMac or Mac Book with the 7MB internet access?

Or

Maybe everyone in your neighborhood were checking the new irvine site, and getting ready to buy

HAHAHA

By the way, I just a email last night from the Irvine company promoting their new website.

I got the email too. Reason may have gotten a slow response because I'm sure a lot of people were clicking on the link from their email.

#1 on their list of "Ten Reasons To Buy New"

New Home Pricing

Though the price of a new home may be more expensive than an existing one, your new home is likely to need fewer repairs or replacements since everything is new. Even better, homes usually appreciate with time and when you buy a new home located in a desirable neighborhood, the value may increase even more and you likely will have a greater resale appeal if and when you sell.
