If anyone is interested in this 5-star fund but doesn't want to cough up Vanguard's hefty $50K minimum, it looks like you can buy it from Fidelity with just $2,500 minimum, plus $50 transaction fee (now) $100 transaction fee.

The availability of VZICX appears to be a rare exception. Most Vanguard funds with $50,000-$100,000 minimum is not even avail for purchase at Fidelity.
