Valuation for Ellwood

It's been a year since Ellwood is closed out. Except two-three homes sold this year, there has been not much activity. Zillow is not showing zestimates on much of the Ellwood home. Besides realtor and appraisal, is there any other way to get the gauge on valuation?

Just take the average $/sq ft of similar homes in BP that closed in the last 60 days.

I'll be listing a Nathaniel floor plan on a premium lot with a full driveway Sunday night for $1m so we'll soon find out.
