USCTrojanCPA is the MAN!

Well, after looking and looking for months and switching from my original realtor to USCTrojanCPA, I am finally in escrow on a great house!

USCTrojanCPA really stepped up to the plate and made this deal happen.

He was very interested in getting to know exactly what we wanted rather than just ask the regular bedroom count, sq. ft., city stuff to plug into the automated MLS emails and forget. The few weeks we went out, he kept track of our likes and dislikes to yards, interior configuration, proximity to things and listened to all of our comments. When he finds a property he thinks closely fits our criteria, he would call me to make sure I paid attention to it. He is very easy to talk to and not pushy at all which made it feel like I was looking at houses with a friend rather than a Realtor. Sellers agents seemed to like him too so I guess his great personality and responsiveness shows through to them as well.

He never pressured me on pricing and kept me from bidding up the price against myself when I became frustrated with the market.

He gave me great service when looking at houses, and along with it he is giving us back a substantial portion of his comission which is helping us to get that much more of a house than what we probably could have without it.

My wife and I are very happy with the house. It is as close to a dream house we can get without it being a pipe dream.

Thank you USCTrojanCPA, you made it happen!

By the way, I am also working with Soylent Green is People and he is doing a great job on the loan side.

The IHB has been a great resource for my house hunting and now purchase!

It was my pleasure assisting you and your wife finding that right home. I think it was a combination of hard work and some luck that the home landed in our lap. It is a gorgeous home at a very reasonable price. I still have some work to do...help you guys close escrow!

Reading more and more of these success stories really make me want to join in on the good fortune here at IHB!

We'll be looking to USCTrojanCPA when we're reading to purchase!

I hate to admit this T-man.. but becoming full time real estate agent maybe your calling. You are naturally good at it and people like you here. :)

Are you sure you aren't paying these guys to write such an awesome testimonials on your behalf? Dude.. you need your own youtube realtor video here on IHB just like the one below.

"Hi, my name is T-man, I own Trojan Realty and I sell Irvine homes. I'm not going to waste your time so I'm going to tell you how it is. These are Irvine homes, not like all the other junks out there. An Asian man finds more pride in owning one of these than driving around in a brand new mercedes benz. If Irvine homes are what you are looking for? That's what i've got.

So come down here to beautiful Irvine and buy a home from me. If you buy from another agent like Deuce or Shevy, it's not going to hurt my feelings. I don't care.

Call me at 1-800-TROJANS.

hahaha. lol :) Let's Do it Trojanman, I will bring down my Infomercial Quality Video Camera on my next visit.

Since we are on the topic of Real estate agents, I just found out today that starting in 2011 Illinois will require that all real estate agents to have their broker's license. I guess the state is trying to weed out all the part-timers and keep the serious players in the industry. I wonder if California is also going to require all the agents to have their broker's license in the near future. Does anybody know?

One could only hope, but the CAR lobby is too strong and the small, but badly needed fee income cutoff would keep most Pol's from voting for it.

While we're at it, why not also require something other than an elementary school education before you sell Real Estate? That would weed out 3/4 of the bad ones right there. It stuns me that many of the hucksters I run into each working hour of the day are not pushed out of the business sooner. From botched spelling to poor geography, all the way through how screwed up they get basic math, your eyes would pop from your skull in amazement if you watched how some Realtors operate now a days. It's a sad state of affairs and makes me thank God daily I'm not buying a home today.
