In the US News College ranking from 2010 edition. UCLA ranked 24 and UC Berkeley ranked 21. It is pretty crazy how both UCLA and UC Berkeley now ranks #15 beating out some of the private Ivy brand names like Dartmouth (Rank 11 in 2010), Rice University (Rank 17 in 2010), Vanderbilt (Rank 17 in 2010), Georgetown (Rank 22 in 2010), and Notre Dame (Rank 20 in 2010).
