Thanks for the great info, is there anyway to show the neighborhood on this spreadsheet like the rental info (i.e. Quail Hill, Northwood)

regards

You're very welcome.  The tract data are located in column "R" but I don't have the village info currently as part of my export.
I'll add that on my list to add for 2012's reporting.  :)

Thank you for the request, and until then, you might be able to find what you seek by filtering by zip code (column "U").

92602 - Northpark and West Irvine
92603 - Quail Hill, Turtle Rock, Turtle Ridge, and Shady Canyon
92604 - El Camino and Woodbridge
92606 - Columbus Grove, Walnut, and Westpark
92612 - Airport Area, San Joaquin, University Park, and UTC.
92614 - Westpark and Woodbridge
92618 - Oak Creek, Orangetree, Portola Springs, and Woodbury
92620 - Northwood, Portola Springs, and Woodbury

Don't know:
Laguna Altura (92618?)
Stonegate (92620?)
Orchard Hills (92602?)
Lambert Ranch (92620?)

Help and corrections on any of these is welcome...

Thank you,
-IrvineRealtor

Glad to help.

Also added were bath designations (full, 3/4, 1/2, and quarter, as reported on the MLS) original listing date, and for one person in particular, # of garage spaces.  ;-)
