Is that a Bocce ball court on the Ovation side of the park? If it is they are paying tribute to the New Home Company trend at Lambert Ranch.

I believe both parks on the jeffery side of the village will have a bocce ball court.

This hood is only ballers.... bocce ballers that is.
 
Looks like Sausalito from Shea Homes will be in Tract 17486 (the area numbered 12 in the original post) and as others have posted, the tract expanded from 27 to 36 homes.  Any idea on the homes in the area number 13?  Looks like Tract 17327 which will have 122 homes

Looks like Sausalito from Shea Home will be build at area #13, not area #12.  Drove by today and saw 3 model homes in near completion with sign said Shea Homes.

Interesting, so even though my home is a little more than half the size yet I have a lot just over 5,000sf.  To me a 3,500sf home + 4,500sf lot = FAIL!  But hey, that's just me.
 
Hey at least that's a couple trees and maybe a few rose bushes.  I still want to see an iPac home that can fit a decent sized jumper (Pump it up size) in the back.  Those bball jumpers are a hit.
