Is that a Bocce ball court on the Ovation side of the park? If it is they are paying tribute to the New Home Company trend at Lambert Ranch.

Looks like Sausalito from Shea Home will be build at area #13, not area #12. Drove by today and saw 3 model homes in near completion with sign said Shea Homes.

Interesting, so even though my home is a little more than half the size yet I have a lot just over 5,000sf. To me a 3,500sf home + 4,500sf lot = FAIL! But hey, that's just me.frenet said:I took a peek. 12 foot setbacks. ~4500 sqft lots.
That is not upscale living.
