Q. How many of you might be interested in an unofficial IHB Dining Club?



Specs:

* Meet once or twice a month

* New restaurant with every meet

* Restaurant menu & food items must be reasonably priced, legal, and unique

* "Catch and cook" & "Shop and cook" events

How about wine tasting on Saturdays at BevMo? Only 5 bucks and usually is good fun and some education.

I'm down, but weekends fill up. A weekday (Thursday prefered) would be better to actually get me to show up.

There's a "Yellowtail with Bananas" recipie that I've been meaning to try.



<em>1 lb. Yellowtail fillets

1/4 lb. butter

1 lemon or lime

Paprika

1 ripe banana



Coat baking dish with butter. Place snapper fillets in dish with thin slices of banana on top. Melt butter and lemon juice, then pour on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Test for doneness with fork.</em>

Have dinner at Fashion Island and check for members that are walking across the street instead of driving.
