Tustin Whole Foods

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
yes, thx effie....was shying away from awgee and marty doing battle..... and didn't the Whole Foods / Wild Oats merger get approved ?'

ppl are testy today. Warren Buffet spat here, Jas Jain on Calculated Risk preaching hellfire and bloody damnation, and the Effenmoto mailing list has two guys doing battle over motor oil. Only my work e-mail is civil today.

Best wishes for peace, love, and fresh onion focaccia.

Hey reason,

What get's me about the District, is accross the street on the Irvine side of Jamboree is that big trash transfer site, it really smells...

I hate the parking design, especially at Costco. The angular parking aisles and the limited access to the roads feeding into the parking lots are horrible....

There are new homes on the opposite side of that xfer station, even closer to the smell than The District is. The ones in the NW corner of the tract have power lines, too. It's amazing what people will ignore during a speculative mania.

Effen - I live here and am still looking for Warner in the back of the District. hahaha

OCbob - Huh? The other side of Jamboree is a cement place. Hmm, never notice any smell.

There's a cement place and a Waste Mgmt xfer station. One's right off Warner, the other is at the north end of Construction Circle (inside the loop).

Reason, as you head west, Warner goes under Jamboree and turns into something else right at the Irvine Inn.

There is a small outdoor mall area. It's packed with teenybopper stores, many have not opened yet. I think the idea is to drop off the brats down there and then go eat with the grown-ups on the perimeter.
