I prefer this to the high taxes and HOA of the Tustin Legacy products.

Our friend lives on the corner of Poplar & Cedar Lane; this is Tustin by the way not Tustin Ranch. It's an older neighborhood, with weird floor plans to me. Our friends have a three bedroom with only one bathroom, I'm sure that was the trend back in the 70's. But some have nice yards, atriums and most do have very high ceilings. Most are oddly connected where they share certain common walls. Quiet, some younger children playing in the cul-de-sac. Not the best schools though; I haven?t heard anything good about Tustin High.
