Turtle Ridge

Since I am new to the area, I was wondering if any of you know the starting prices on some of the Turtle Ridge homes- I am more interested in the SFR in the area of Ledges, Fiore, or Chaumont. When did they start the building in Turtle Ridge?

Thanks for the insight. I am just wondering since there are so many homes over there for sale, how much they can come down.

Thanks

For the neighborhoods you are interested in the starting prices are about 1.1 mill i think. I'll find some listings for you to put on here. And Turtle Ridge was first under construction in 2003.

Ok the cheapest resale in Fiore is $1,499,000 and that's the cheapest listing out of all 3 neighborhoods you are interested in.

thanks irvintee- i should have worded my question correctly. wow- only $700K back then! I am hoping some of these homes can come down (a lot!)

I am not expecting prices to drop to $700K, if that's what you're thinking- but comparatively speaking, I think Newport Coast at times looks like a better "deal" than Turtle Ridge.

Yeah Joon-- I remember there was some Newport Coast home (possibly still on the market) a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath for something like 2.1 or 2.2. Inland at Turtle Ridge you'd be paying much more for that. This brother can't figure that one out. I actually toured that NC home, and since it was single story with some very high vaulted ceilings, there would be a not-too difficult 1000+ sqft in-house addition that could be done to make for an amazing 2nd story section or sections. Straight mystifying. Can anyone help a brother out with this? Peace.
