Is this a new site? I never heard about it… www.trulia.com

Heard about it on CNBC blog

http://www.cnbc.com/id/24160327

Trulia lists homes that are going into foreclosure or are already bank-owned (and that’s a growing number every day!). There are other sites that specialize in foreclosure listings, but many of them charge a subscription fee. Trulia, it appears, does not, but just puts that fact in the list of stats. I also like that the site give you “days on the market,” which is an important thing to know when you’re considering an offer.

I saw a house with a for sale sign that I couldn't find on redfin. However, I quick google search of the address brought me to its page on truilia.com

24InIrvine - what happens when you turn 25? Will you have to change your screenname? :-P

Although, I've been 35 for quite some time now

Haha, well actually, I'm not even 24 yet :) I had to think ahead on that one. I'm about 3 weeks away from 24. But I can always fall back on my love for the show 24 (minus last season) or my frequency at 24 hour fitness.

Is there a way too just add a smiley (like an icon to click), or do you just have the commands memorized such as coolsmile?

When you post a reply, check off the box that states "Enable smileys in this post." Then click on the "Smileys" link to the left of the posting box. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I never even noticed that was the there. I do like the idea of zovall updating my member name every year though. I don't believe I can edit that myself. We can put this on the calendar for May 2008 :)

Also, for anyone wondering what that address was for the home I googled thats not on redfin

Amazingly open floor plan with bedroom suite downstairs and less than 200 yards to award winning schools. 3 bedrooms upstairs in almost 2,300 square feet. *Remodeled and upgraded with plantation shutters, wood floors, granite counters in kitchen, new custom paint. Very rare corner interior location next...

It was 749k when I googled it about a month ago, so looks like they are starting to chase the market down :) Knowing that you can get a 4 bedroom townhome (bouganvillea) in portola springs for under 700k. I do not expect this one to sell anytime soon.
