i guess the business owners decided that it was time to exit.
Back when they first started, they had a really good chef from another restaurant (Fu Yuan) in the Ranch 99 plaza, and Tri-Village even delivered locally. Their business was OK back then but has declined 30% recently (according to the post).
I wonder how much they're paying for lease these days??
