While we are in Jeopardy mode... I thought there was a floorplan in West Irvine or Harvard Square that had a 2.5 garage (or an oversized 2-car garage).

Where does IR2 put his Harvard Square floorplans? I checked all the West Irvine ones and I didn't see one in there.

In West Irvine it is Sheridan Square --- was an option. One was just listed recently, not sure if it sold or was pulled off the market, but I bet IR2 knows.

Sheridan Square

I think there is also one in Harvard Square, but not as familar with that area. I think the floorplans are listed under Walnut on IR2's site.

Some builder math for you...

Harvard Square = Cambridge + Centennial + Revere (all in Walnut)

Sheridan Square = Centennial (nearly identical floorplans by CalPac)

Thanks.... I found the Revere model last night in Walnut, plans D and E.

The Sheridan Square is actually a 3rd car garage option (like Cambridge), whereas Revere is a true 2.5 garage.

I was watching HGTV last night and one of the homes on House Hunters had a 2.5 and I drooled a little.

I wish CalPac was still around... their floor plans seemed functional... boring... but useful.

(IR2: You might want to put some type of indicator for those Harvard Square models as they really are a different product compared to the rest of Walnut)
