Toll Road mistake

I accidentally took the northbound 73 toll road at Bonita Canyon.  It cost $1.50 to go one mile (I don't have fast track).  When did the price get so high?  I remember when it was 25 cents.  What a scam.

try going on the 91 toll road during rush hour.  $9.81
