To remodel or not for sale

I defer to USC because he?s a realtor and actually owns in Tustin Ranch (IIIRC).

Based on science that the IHB published, 3-car garage homes hold their value pretty well.

Not sure why the new home builders don?t think about that. :)

Not sure if prices of Tustin Ranch 3-car garage homes around $1m will come down much if inventory levels remain low, the more expensive homes ($1.5m+) will probably come down in price though. Just a warning, once you go with a 3-car garage there is no going back (I'm sure IHO will agree).
