TIVO alert: Cramer v. NAR on Friday

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
<p>I saw it this morning. Was hoping for a little more fireworks. But Cramer did OK when he mentioned that in Aug 06 NAR had said that was the bottom. At least this is in the Mainstream Media in full force now. Its just is not right for the NAR to spend so much money on commercials and not have an opposing entity to counter their claims of "Now is a good time to buy".</p>

<p> </p>

I think they are using the congressional math here: a decrease in the rate of increase is a "cut" or drop, and an increase in the rate of increase is merely matching projections or "budget projection", and a drop in the expected rate of decline is an "increase".

What a joke. Cramer so wanted to go off. NARtards keep on clinging to to the Harvard joint studies which is just a sponsored shill by the shills. They are the group that called us a bunch of chicken littles. Did you see Cramer's brain nearly explode when the shill said the Indiana, Michigan and Ohio are some good markets? WTF those have been the thre worst markets. That Realtard needs to look up the word blight. And if RE is local WTF are you doing talking about states? Sad, just sad that they just keep looking like a group of fools. I wonder what Keith had to say?

<p><em>"The realtors are optimistic!!!! "</em></p>

<p>Well now, why didn't you say so? That will make all the difference ... optimism. </p>

<p>Sorry, that comment was supposed to be in all CAPS.</p>

<p>THE REALTORS ARE OPTIMISTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

<p>("Just some extra exclamation marks for the heck of it)</p>

<p>CNBC has this blog with reactions to Cramer's comments. It is hilarious because all of the realtors are ticked off while non-realtors are all agreeing with Cramer.</p>

It amazes me that the re folks are still holding onto that line, "The media is causing real estate to slow down." What a bunch of morons.

<p>Barry's comment is great. . .all the classic signs of grief:</p>

<p>"But, real estate investment for most people is for owner occupied home owners. For those who invest for speculation, there are risks as with all investments. (Denial) </p>

<p>I would appreciate if you wouldn't continue to bad mouth my industry which feeds my family, it's tough enough out here without your irresponsible comments. I am NO LONGER going to watch your show, and I will personally encourage the other several thousand other Realtors in Northeast Florida to do the same. You need to recant your statement with the more positive aspects of real estate purchases for owner occupied purchases. (Anger)</p>

<p>Homes prices are significantly adjusted since the heyday of 2005 and early 2006, for the average consumer NOW is the time to buy. Please make a positive comment your next show. (Bargaining)"</p>
