When I saw this banner ad on my browser just now, I had to do a double take. Looks just like Fivepoint / GPN Marketing and font. This couldn't have been on accident, right? I'm sure the TIC marketeers are very in tune with what Fivepoint is doing. here is the ad:
This looks very much like Fivepoint marketing. Even look at the Eastwood Village website here:https://www.villagesofirvine.com/villages-neighborhoods/eastwood-village/
They're using this font as well in the "February 13th" text. I've never seen TIC use this font or styling before, it's usually very pointy rigid text/fonts/layout.
Here's an example of this styling on GPN website where you can see this font style used, but those who have seen it would recognize it immediately in the Eastwood ad:http://www.greatparkneighborhoods.com/
