My bet says he's an old guy but looks really good for his age.

Wow! I had heard from another credible source that IHO was in his late 30s. The fact he's close to your age is surprising, indeed. I need to update my file with this tidbit of information. You're both kids!

I was under this impression as well. I actually still believe it, as IHO has neither confirmed nor denied Homer's comment that IHO is only 2-3 years older than him. I mean, are we really sure we can trust Homer's estimate about IHO's age? Can we, Homer? Hmmmm? How reliable are you, really?

I mean, IHO's got 2 elementary-aged kids, he's owned a home for some time, he understands and throws out many '80s references...I'm thinking late 30s...or maybe even the dreaded 4-0! 

ETA: And Homer, what's up with your avatar? It looks like you're in time-out, facing the wall in the corner...

It's a picture of IHO goin to a Irvine open house.  He wouldn't let me take a picture of his face so this was the best I could do...

I never asked IHO his age but from what I can tell, he's about 32-33.  A slight muscular build, short hair, likes wearing black shirts and jeans (even to play ball).

I believe this to be credible info regarding the color selection. Black is slimming. Makes total sense.

Now, tell us: Is he good-looking?

A yes or no will suffice, however extra commentary is appreciated.
