TI loading slow?

Is it just me or is the load times on links slower than normal?

The CPU utilization on the VPS that is running MySQL is maxed out and I'm not sure why. I did something with the avatars to reduce the number of queries and that helped but just a little. I'm still working with the hosting provider on this..
