In all fairness, the age difference between you and Homer is such that you could be father and son, correct? So, of course he might have more energy. Anyway, if it's any consolation, I'm not athletic either.

i think IHO could be Homers grandpa, not just dad.  actually, i dont know that either have shared their age, if they did i cant remember. im pegging homer around my age, 35 and IHO at 43. 

IHO - you need to take your knee to germany and get that treatment kobe got, you will be down to 180 in no time after that.
 
That German knee thing didn't work out too well for Bynum after last year... great trade by the Lakers.

Yeah, I thought Homer was late 20s - either 28 or 29. I peg Iho as... mmm... mid to late 40s. From 43/44 to as old as 49.

Yeah, 34-43 years old, 180-280lbs, can be anywhere from Europe to Asia...
But knee issue and children have been constants- he has maintained that fact well.
