POITG - Boy, do I feel like I dummy. I'm at the high end of your age range (turn 36 next week), and the only thing I've ever truly owned are a couple of Honda's. Wish my head would not have been so far up my a$$ when I was 26 in 1998. Kudos to your friends, I'm jealous!
 
Pssh, I wish I was thinking that far ahead when I was 26. As it stands i really didn't get going until i turned 28-30. Luckily I caught the upswing of the bubble. Now the downswing will prove much more interesting. Just take one step at a time, Kalifornia is a tough nut to crack.
