It is sad that the original Office is now referred to as the "other" Office. I held off watching the NBC version because the original was so good -- I knew that the NBC version would disappoint. Although I think the NBC version was smart to go in a different direction, I still think it is a poor substitute for the original.

Agreed. They bring their "A-game" every episode. (but it will still slide to the rear burner once LOST gets going again.)

The sad part is, this is how I grew up! This would be a typical Sunday evening, watching the Telly, Dad's were always angry and sarcastic and nobody ever took any notice of them, Mums' were always trying to keep the peace and the Blokes just wanted to go up the Pub...this, I think, is why this series won so many awards, it was so realistic....
