Custom estate! Nice! I still have a curfew, and then, on to a bland apartment. Hopefully I can at least get a place at Baywood...

I promise to wash my sock on a regular basis, but I doub't I'll moved on to a custom estate before you are ready for your own McMansion
 
Well, it appears that a few of us are "move up buyers". I personally had to put the smack down on an "all cash foreigner" to get my place.... of course, it had multiple offers... I feel very lucky.

I know we've reached the bottom in this real estate bubble (really....Suzanne researched it) so I'm confident that I can flip this Custom Estate within the next 3 months and make some serious coin.
 
Hey everyone! I thought i'd pop in and say hi since I sort of lurk around and well, am currently single.

The question I'll propose to the rest of you: where are the singles places to hang out in Irivine??? I can't think of any nearby place where its easy to meet a bunch of young (or even not so young) single people in a friendly enviorment. Any ideas? :-)

Just be careful there. I have personally witnessed random cougar attacks there, especially on guys with funny looking hats and funny looking glasses. Beware of the packs of cougars celebrating birthdays, as they tend to be the most aggressive in their search for prey.
 
Auld Dubliner was fun, and I have also had moderate success at Sharkeez in Newport Beach. And, for the record, guys in funny hats wearing funny glasses can be hawt. ;-)

Perfect timing on your post. But... what is this world coming to? The housing bubble is bursting before our eyes, no oc_fliptrack to bask in the moment, and Eff doesn't want a .jpg. Either hell is freezing over, or someone finally gave Johnson his razorblades. Mmmm... maybe, fireman Nick got foreclosed on.
