While the discussions of Irvine new homes and resales homes are on-going on this board, I want to share the history and visions for what it took to get here.

It did not happened by accident, it took several generations of careful planning and leadership to what we all enjoy today in Irvine.

Joan Irvine smith was a fun gal! Went to a polo or 2 at her sjc property. She loved her horses and drove a super cool older Mercedes station wagon…I looked up to her.
