The Portola Springs Neighborhood 5A has not even open yet and the TIC is already busy at work preparing the land for these final Portola Springs neighborhoods.
This over 6 month old satellite image shown the Neighborhood 5C's lot also been graded along with the Neighborhood 5A's. And the recent filing with the city shows they are planning to start working on these area starts off with basic infrastructure work such as road, park, and general landscaping soon.
This is a very hilly area and topography rival that of gated Orchard Hills and because of this, in many of the early planning document had shown this neighborhood was also gated. However, the info from the most recent document has shown it is not going to be a gated community.
5B and 5C are only permitted to develop up to 584 single family units and that's not a lot of units if we compares to other new neighborhoods (Altair = 840 units, OH3 = 1000 units, EW= 1900 units)
I'm guesstimate these last PS neighborhoods probably will roll out after PS-5A and the first batch of smaller homes in OH3 are sold out.
