The Canopy - Retail Area in the Great Park

It's going to anchored by an Asian supermarket (of course) and it's not 99 or H... it's T&T Supermarket.

Also.. rumor is the drive through is going to be In&Out.

T&T will be a great addition to Irvine. I really enjoyed shopping at one in Vancouver.

That right turn entering near the drive thru will get backed up. That back up will back up the roundabout. A backed up roundabout will cause gridlock in all 4 directions. Such a bad design.

We need shopping centers on Irvine Blvd., specifically between Ridge Valley and Modjeska. I see multiple blocks of vacant land on the opposite side of the Great Park neighborhoods. Any chance of that happening in the future?
