This is the best-priced and newest six-bedroom, six-bathroom home in all of Irvine. The corner lot means privacy and lot of light and air. There are some mountain and hills views along with the blue sky. There is tons of guest parking. The huge master bedroom is wired for sound and there is a large romantic master bathroom. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two fireplaces. There is dining for 20, a living room, a breakfast nook, and a family room. There is a casita with a full bathroom. The flexible downstairs living room and dining room allow you to switch back and forth depending on where you want the fireplace. There is a giant two-car garage along with downstairs laundry and a chef's dream kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances.

Mille Fleur by Stan Pac in Woodbury. Most of the secondary bedrooms do not furnish. Bedwall on the outside wall means 2 tiny windows flanking the bed behind the nightstands. Very dark and no cross ventilations.

Features include: 2 fireplace(s), central air conditioning, forced air and natural gas heating system

I'd feel silly calling out air conditioning as a feature on a $1.4 home built in 2005 in Southern California.

When it means that you only have one neighbor that you can hear pass gas.

I am selling my car and it comes with luxury features like steering wheel and upgrade like a protected lid to secure your belongings in the trunk!!!

Corner homes always feel less private to me. A bunch of people walking by the side of your house looking into the windows. It usually makes for a nice lot, but I would feel the need to keep the downstairs blinds/shutters closed at all times.

Also, just means instead of one street going by the front of you (or maybe another one behind you) now you have another going by the side of you. I guess it depends whether you prefer that be a street next to you or a neighbor.

Don't forget to double your Christmas light budget.

The photo is very misleading. The house appears to be big but the house at the background with the 2nd and 3rd chimney is actually the neighbor's house!

Six bedrooms, only the master shown plus the office.

The office and home are cramped enough that the office desk has the pleasant view of the folded treadmill to stare at all day sitting directly in front of the desk.

Another case of trying to cram too much in too little.

It's a plan #3. Looks like they added a shower to the casita to make bedroom 6. I hope they had the builder do that...or have a permit for that.

That seems to be the case with most of the Woodbury homes that these builders created. I'm not claustrophobic but it really seems that the bedrooms/offices in the homes are tiny.
