If you are not on a unlimited data plan, the "prime data" feature of the phone might be attractive to Amazon Prime/Video subscribers. The 3D gesture features might be interesting but not enough for me to give up my iPhone. I'm a Prime member but I don't want to lose access to my Apple ecosystem.
