I had a 2 yrs ARM and by the grace of God I was able to refi last July. Yes!! July as in the month before the credit crunch of last year. Let me tell you, I was in one hell of a stress because it was due to reset in August, also. I literally saw the doors of 'refinancing' closing on me. Whew! Live and learn.

Too bad IHB didn't come into existent sooner. Alot of first time buyers would have been educated about these loan products. Thus, avoided alot of this mess.

The unseen magnetic forces of the universe would never allow that Eva. Ten and I are opposites in so many ways, and yet our shared love for THE HOUSE unites us in this fine digital community. He, nattily attired in his Abercrombie, me, wearing whatever I could find cheap at Costco or Old Navy. Ten has the 6-pack abs of steel, me the flabs of Del Taco... Each hair on ten's head is meticulously groomed and held in place by an aromatic pomade. Me, the hair is controlled by a flipped around baseball cap most of the time and I shampoo with the Equaline stuff from Alberton's. Ten's a Trojan and I have the Bruin Love. We are ying and yang, ebony and ivory, so different but yet melding to form a more powerful sum than our disparate parts!

[IPO stops to ponder if Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder would ever consider the Ebony & Ivory Reunion tour, Paul maybe could use the money now...]

Ah, Brad Pitt. On Friday I'm headed up to Malibu to stay at the actual house that he rented with Jen Aniston when they got married. True story - I can't wait! I've never been to Malibu before, so I'm pretty excited. The property taxes for the house we are staying at is $102k per year. I can't wait to see what this house looks like. The camera is charging as I write this post.
