Unlike previous entries, I actually had enough time to snap my own pictures this time, instead of just reposting pics from yelp.

An English Tea House invokes image of delicate tea sets and delicious snacks in small serving sizes. Or, as I thought. I took a friend here and we ordered a tea set with scones and 1 order of bread pudding When the plates arrived we were like O_O!

SKIP LUNCH BEFORE COMING HERE (we had to get a doggy bag to go)

And the scones are 100x better than Starbucks. Everything here is made fresh. Even the flowers on the plate are fresh and edible (not kidding).

Looks delicious. I normally don't touch scones, just too hard, but everything there looks great. Thanks, momo, we've missed you!

The scones there are freshly baked and not hard! Highly recommended!

I went there with a buddy and we were the only guys in the whole tea house. :D

A man who can go to a tea house, order a ton of food, photograph it, and then sit there and eat it and a man secure in his own masculinity.

Who by the way, Is a man Id like to have tea with. Anyone with me? Im just sayin...

FYI, even my wife thinks you need to come out of the closet.

Thanks for the recommendation on this, Momo. A friend and I went there this morning. We had the hash brown quiche and the vegetable frittata with scones instead of crumpets. Also split a nice pot of tea. the food and ambiance was cute and the food was quite good and was generous. Momopi was right - the scones were fantastic - very moist. I usually don't like them because they're so dry and crumbly but that wasn't the case here. We really liked it and will probably go back!

don't bust on momo - there's nothing girly about eggs benedict. a runny egg covered with rich, artery-bustin', hollandaise sauce is pure marlboro machismo. yum!
