OMG!  $800k for a townhouse in an industrial zone?

At least it is across from the TJs.  I wonder if all the solvent smells from the nearby factories is free?

Probably the least kid friendly zone there is around Costa Mesa. It's the right price for new construction town homes as a great deal of these infill projects are going for that kind of cabbage today.

3 level town home on what is essentially a freeway.... or for about the same price...

I get what their doing here, also with Level 1 also by Taylor Morrison. It's more for people that want a urban feel and the ability to walk to shops. If either this or Level 1 were detached units I'd be interested.

The roof deck at Level 1 has really beautiful views and is (imo) a great design for an urban environment. The problem is that there's nothing to walk to from that area--a Carl's Jr across the street and boring retail across Newport Blvd. Superior Pointe is better because they have Trader Joe's across the street, but it's not really on the "good side" of 17th St with walkable amenities.
