Summer is almost here, time to replace the grill...

BTW, picked up some pork tenderloin tuscan style marinated (lots of rosemary) from costco today.  Cheap, about $5/lb.  Grilled easy, and came out juicy and tender.  Pairs great with some jam.. Also got some kimchi to go with it for that savory taste.  Good alternative versus beef.

Got this from Costco about a week ago as well. It was good. Simple, easy, and tasty.

Lobster:  it's what's for dinner.

butterflied wild caught lobster with a olive oil/old bay seasoning rub kamado charcoal grilled over hickory chips.  probed to an internal temp of 150 F and simply ripped from shell and devoured.  slight drizzle of lime since i'm out of lemons.

maybe too much of a closeup..... but hey, it's free food porn
