To the Mods: I've noticed there are a lot of renting topics in the Irvine Real Estate forum...would it make more sense to aggregate these threads into a separate Irvine Renting section rather than mix it up with other real estate topics? It seems that at least half the people on here are renters and a forum just for those topics would benefit all and perhaps encourage more renter participation. It would certainly make it easier to find renting-related issues. I'm a homeowner and, although the latest IAC parking woes, noisy neighbors or maintenance problems can be amusing to read, they don't really seem to belong in the Irvine Real Estate section.
