I believe that they've already sold out of San Mateo III (the are the homes near the JOST).

I got an email that they are already selling the model homes...so looks like San Mateo is done being the defacto home of Stonegate.

Two of them were on the MLS. And they are both on pending. so I believe unless someone falls off escrow, San Mateo in Stonegate is all gone..  (rumor says that there will be San Mateo in Cypress Village..)

Wouldn't be surprised.. San mateo' s have been the hottest selling entry level home offering by IP( had 3 extensions)
