i think you are asking this on the wrong board.  here are my suggestions:

1 - have your kid play with the gardener when they come out to do your yard.
2- have him visit IHS and then IHS can take him around the neighborhood and introduce him to his fellow Santa Ana-ers
3- just send him to daycare in Santa Ana

My kid speaks and writes fluent Spanish if you need a babysitter and tutor.

To OP: City of Irvine has a few programs for preschoolers. I think they offer Mandarin/ French and Spanish.

I saw the city Spanish for preschooler. I was not impressed. Kids and parents both look bored. The time doesn't work for working parents either.
Wish something like what the little dynasty do for chinese.
