I'm not going to go postal on you and beat you about not using the search engine, but it's a good habit to try it first on just about any internet forum.

Are these the lofts off Brea Blvd south of Imperial with store-front retail space? If so, that development looks like it's dying a slow painful death having driven by it on the way to Pepe's for lunch.

The proper way to proceed is then to 'restart' one of the previous threads to invite new content. This allows people to look back and see the context of your interest, without us having to search ourselves, for the prior threads.

S. Brea Lofts is on South Brea Blvd. Businesses along this stretch are mom and pop retails with loyal patronage. The street is not a high traffic street so businesses suffered with the lack of signage exposure.

Only the Brea residents and Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton members travel on this street on the way to church or to Downtown Fullerton. The retail core of the area is along the 4 miles stretch of Imperial. Nice project but wrong location. Kevin Weeda the developer who did the Cannery Lofts in NB also did this project.
