I saw some changed on redfin today, I dont know when it is implemented but I thought I'd let people know.
They now have "Listing Price information" which is a display of the history of pricing changes.
Listing Price Information
List Price High: $699,800.00
List Price Low: $689,900.00
Original List Price: $775,000.00
Search Price High: $699,800.00
Search Price Low: $689,900.00

Compare it with 114 days on the market, gives you a perspective.
Real estate agents already see this on their MLS, and buyers can see it on the MLS links they get. But I've never seen this on Redfin, and I use Redfin to do my research, because it is 100 times better than the ugly white interface that socal mls has. This is a dummy proof way of giving buyers (already available) information in a better perspective.
