Interesting....I had the anti-lawnmower parents then.  My parents would make the biggest deal of the smallest things and would love to urge when when they were wrong.  haha

I would say that this stuff has happened since the beginning of time, the number of people being able to do these things have gotten wider but it's not like rich people were ethically concerned about using their money and status to benefit their children or themselves.
