My wife likes to make fun of menu in Chinese Restaurant and she always find something that does not sound right. We were at Supreme Dragon Dumpling restaurant and the menu has a catagory: "Special Economic Meal".

Not far from there is Happy Harbor and the front page of the menu stated this. "This high class menu is superior quality and design. The labor and printing cost is $120 each"
