I should have done this earlier, but I want to say thanks to SGIP for all his help in my recent home purchase.
The TalkIrvine board was a daily site for me for awhile (as was IHB) as I lurked and learned (and eventually posted) from the many educated, street-smart, talented, witty and HONEST people who post here. To name just a few, SGIP, irvinehomeowner, USCTrojanCPA, IrvineRealtor, Test, IndieDev and many others provided a great education for me and answered my questions honestly.
SGIP worked with me to secure a loan for my current house at the end of last year and I couldn't be happier. He walked me through the process step-by-step, answered all of my questions, kept me from making some rookie mistakes that could have delayed or derailed my loan approval, got me a great rate, and I'm pretty sure he eats, sleeps and drinks with his phone because my emails and calls were returned in New York minutes.
Now I can move to the home improvement forum and complain over there. Thanks All.
