would this be the first Shady Canyon property to go into foreclosure/auction?

I don't see 63 Canyon Creek on foreclosure radar (but that doesn't mean it's not going to the auction block). Looks like 21 Needle Grass went back to the bank for $1,615,000 on 8/28/09.

how exactly to these auctions work? Is it the bank auctioning off bank owned properties it has "repossessed" because the borrower couldn't make payment anymore? and is there a minimum bid in these auctions? thanks!
