No disrespect to Ipop's house intended (it looks great and I voted that you'd be in escrow within 2 weeks even before the pics - I know from experience that if you are smart, your house isn't overly flawed, and you aren't greedy you can still sell in this market)... but high rollers with deep pockets probably are holding out for a bigger, grander home. IPO just needs someone with semi-deep pockets.

Uh... that would be me with the E36. Bix drives a mustang that could beat an S2000 with a 15 car length head start. I tend to beat S2000 drivers, because they are usually so bad it is like racing a 16 year old with a blindfold on. At least civic drivers have a little more skill.

You know I did miss ya, as I could have used your shooting skills on our boy Ipo here. I thought I would make you proud with my photo shoot in Ipo's house I posted. You can tell by his tone he feels a bit violated, but jealous at the same time.

If you want to find some more caulk that definitely does not rock, hit up the master shower. I jacked the paint along the ceiling in there too as I was just getting my freehand cut-in expertise up-to-snuff in that room.

Uh... that would be me with the E36. Bix drives a mustang that could beat an S2000 with a 15 car length head start. I tend to beat S2000 drivers, because they are usually so bad it is like racing a 16 year old with a blindfold on. At least civic drivers have a little more skill.

Oops, I knew it was one of you old timers. Rustang's go fast in a straight line. Don't turn that well. E36 vs. S stock for stock is probably a driver's race.

I've seen 10 second civics hang with Viper's.

Older M's are nice. I will be in the market for an E39 soon. It's a tank, but a classy one with 400 hp.
