Selling Home In North OC and Buying in Irvine

Our home is not in Orange, it is North of that.

I am going to take dh to see the  new models in Woodbury.  Honestly, I am not in love with Woodbury, but with what is available in the resale market, we may have to consider the New Home Collection.  I like our formal living and dinning rooms, but dh is pointing out that we do not use them too often.  We are going to visit the models and see if we can imagine ourselves living there and then go from there.

Portola Springs seems like it will be nicer, but it seems far too!

Both the Irvine and Tustin side of Columbus Grove are nice.  One of my buyers bought a home over there last summer.  I actually like the location a lot, but the biggest downside is the high Mello Roos and some homes are next to the power lines.  The lack of inventory is also a problem at the moment.

The Irvine side is already built out, but the Tustin side has a new community opening this summer.
