San Marino Homes

Chitown, the sizes vary as the lot sizes are quite inconsistent right now based on how the lots are positioned.  There were some on 4800 - 7000 sq ft lots depending on location.  Toscana is especially tiny even for plan 3's as they requested and were granted OK by the city council to reduce the minimum rear setback from 10 feet down to 6 feet.  Yes, that's right, the rear of the bedroom studio wall in the Plan 3's to the rear brick wall is 6 feet in Toscana.  Yeah, like I'm going to pay 1.3M to have a yard that's 400 sq feet with no view other than a concrete cinderblock wall.

shokunin hits on the head... I'll take small lot if I get a nice view... like the Tapestry Quail Hill homes... but at Toscana and Cortona, you'll have to hope I'm your neighbor to get a good view of anything. :D
