When I've had a sucky day, I cry, watch old episodes of Roseanne, get on my knees & pray, and eat M&Ms - (not all at the same time.)
 
Scratch Rocky IV, if it wasn't for shots of Adrian here and there, kinda gay... With all the workouts and music playing... Kinda like the volleyball scene in top gun...

Well, that and the part where Iceman calls Maverick dangerous and Maverick says, "That's right, Iceman. I *am* dangerous." How can he even say that without laughing.

Actually the entire movie is kind of ridiculous because aren't they fighting evil enemy bogeys and MiGs off the coast of exotic San Diego?
 
Honestly...my job often eats at me because of the type of work it is.  I try to play with my daughter and put it out of my mind while I am at home.  I make a real effort to separate work from home even if I had a bad day.

And praying.
 
Take five in the restroom or car, rethink, calm down, down a cup of whatever is good enough, move on! Don't steal trash cans..chances are, you will be dealing with talk irvine shaming on top of all the misery you are already dealing with ;)

Ps9, are you a doctor?

LOL! I was going to say "unless you killed someone at work, there is nothing you can't fix with.." and then deleted wondering what if ps9 is a doctor and he did kill someone at work.. :-)

IHO, you have more knowledge of Grey's anatomy and Nicholas Sparks than me :-)
