One of my coworkers just bought a home and the roof needs minor repairs. Does anyone have a roofer they were happy with? The home is in Anaheim Hills. Thanks in advance!

Antis Roofing and Waterproofing does the work for Mandeville in West Irvine, and we've been very happy with their work. 949.461.9222 License #562480

IR2, I gave them a call to schedule a time to go to one of the homes that I'm in escrow on to get an estimate for roof repairs/replacement but they charge a $350 fee to go out there for an inspection and only reimburse my buyers back 1/2 of that fee if they go with them. This seems very unreasonable IMO.

Anyone else have any good roofing contractors who can come by and give a free estimate?
