Risky Loans Statistics?

Does anyone know if any research groups have tracked the number of risky loans that have transacted for certain areas? ARMs.. No-money-down.. that sort of thing? Also if they have, is there any data that indicates how many households currently hold such risky loans... to weed out all the refinances?

In other words, has anyone taken a survey of the Irvine market or wherever to see how many homes potentially are on the brink in the near future?
