The ad for the book Richistan matches 90% with the cover art IR posted for his book. So, is the book Richistan written by IR, or the cover pages were created by the same person?

I have seen that cover. We have modified our cover to remove the golf club so that we have no elements in common with Richistan other than the faces from the original American Gothic.
