Highly recommend gorditas at Gabbys Kitchen in Old Town Orange. It’s also Michelin Guide and the sister restaurant of Chaak in Tustin. The three gorditas were about $19, but they were pretty filling, lightly crispy corn(?) outside, with very tender and juicy pork belly on the inside. Not overly salty like most restaurants. Just dip it in the guac that comes with the dish. Their steak tacos were also great because they were a little smoky and also not over cooked or over-salted.
I’m a sucker for birria tacos at La Tia Tacos in Lake Forest and Mission Viejo.

Also checked out a Michelin guide Mayan cuisine place named Chaak in Old Town Tustin last week for gourmet smoked duck and pork shoulder tacos. Flavor depth was great.

Yep... that Arby's has been there for decades.. just the like the Wienerdudes and Burger Kings that used to be in Irvine.

I'm surprised Carl's Jr is still making it.

The closed Arby's location has signage for "Wallace Chicken".

Often referred to as the "KFC of China," it is owned by Fujian Wallace Food Co., Ltd. and is known for its Western-style fried chicken and burgers at highly competitive prices."
